MOTIVATION
"It is a structural shift. Post-Covid, people are willing to pay a higher premium for larger unit configurations and integrated lifestyle amenities — privacy, security, and open green layouts." India's luxury segment is set to exceed $100 billion by 2030 at a 21.81% CAGR. Mumbai alone recorded ₹14,903 crores in luxury transactions in a single quarter of FY27 — 16 homes sold every day above the ₹5 crore mark. The infrastructure serving that demand has not kept pace. That is the gap Lighthouse PropTech is closing.
Two decades across JP Morgan, Sunteck Realty, and APAC Financial — raising a billion dollars in capital and driving a billion in sales across Mumbai, Pune, Goa and Nagpur — taught me that the best outcomes happen when deep market expertise meets the right technology.
